Seekhana Songs is the educational song app for families and classrooms. This page explains how to request deletion of your Seekhana Songs account and the data associated with it.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly in the Seekhana Songs app:

1. Open the Seekhana Songs app on your phone or tablet.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot open the app, email Support@SeekhanaSongs.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. Include your account email and device type (iOS or Android).

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we remove your server-side account data, including your saved lyric library and song metadata, credit balance, purchase and subscription entitlement records used for validation, and cloud-stored Make Song audio. We also request deletion of your Firebase Authentication account as part of that process.

On the device where you confirm deletion, the app clears cached lyrics, Boombox tracks, and local audio copies.

What may remain

A random device identifier used for abuse prevention may continue to limit repeat free-credit grants after account deletion. Technical logs may be retained temporarily for reliability and security.

Payment card details are never stored by Seekhana Songs — purchases go through Apple App Store or Google Play billing.

You can also delete individual lyrics or tracks in the app without deleting your entire account.
