Agreement
By using Seekhana Songs, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the app with a child, you are responsible for supervising their use.
Educational & AI-generated content
Lyrics and audio are generated automatically. While we apply content policies and fact checks, generated material may contain errors. Do not rely on songs as the sole source for medical, legal, or safety decisions.
You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it with children.
Use of generated songs
Songs you create in Seekhana Songs are for personal, family, and classroom use. They are not meant to be sold or offered for commercial licensing or distribution.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create harmful, hateful, sexual, violent, or illegal content. Our in-app Seekhana Songs Policy blocks many restricted words and topics.
Do not circumvent credits, subscriptions, payment systems, or other technical access controls, including by tampering with requests, client software, or account limits; exploiting bugs or glitches; abusing refunds or chargebacks; using third-party credit generators or similar tools; or bypassing Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase and billing.
Do not use automated tools, scripts, or bulk extraction to access, scrape, or download app content or API data.
Do not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits or other promotional benefits.
Do not modify, reverse engineer, or use altered versions of the app to unlock features or bypass limits.
Credits and audio
Make Song uses credits for audio generation. Credit packs and subscription plans are available as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
We may change credit grants, pricing, or availability with notice where required by law.
Subscriptions
Subscription Details. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal price will be the same as the initial subscription price, unless we notify you of a price change at least 30 days in advance. You agree to the automatic renewal and acknowledge that your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis. Payment for a subscription is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Cancellation & Refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID / App Store or Google Play account subscription settings. Deleting your Seekhana account does not cancel a store subscription.
Free Trial & Promotional Offers. If you receive a free trial or promotional subscription offer, your paid subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. The cancellation method is the same as described above. Apple and Google may provide additional redemption terms for promotional codes.
Third-Party Processing. Apple and Google handle all billing and account management. Your subscription is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Billing & Account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Billing occurs through your app store account. Disputes regarding billing should be directed to Apple (via App Store settings) or Google (via Google Play settings). We may change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Accounts
You must sign in to use Seekhana Songs. Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Account deletion
You may delete your account in Settings. This removes your saved library, credits, cloud-stored Make Song audio, and other account data from our servers, and clears cached lyrics, boombox tracks, and audio on the device you are signed in on.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seekhana Songs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
